How to use it
Roadside Assistance
If you need RACQ roadside assistance, you can call 24-hours, everyday. Here’s what you need to do:
- Call RACQ on 13 1111
- Advise us of your:
- free2go membership card number
- Vehicle Registration details
- Exact location details including nearest corner street
- Contact number - Wait with the vehicle or at the agreed pick-up point. Please be advised if you are not available when the patrol arrives, the patrol will wait a short period only before proceeding to the next job.
- Show the following to the patrol:
- Your free2go membership card
- Your drivers licence for proof of identity
You cannot leave another person to wait with the vehicle. You will be charged for the service if you are not personally in attendance and able to provide your membership card and licence, unless you have a nominated vehicle on your membership.
RACQ Member Discounts
To receive discounts on any RACQ services such as Vehicle Inspections, RACQ Autoglass, RACQ Insurance or discount travel and accommodation, just ring RACQ on 13 1905 and quote your free2go card number when booking, or visit an RACQ branch and show your card at the time of purchase.
Retail Discounts
To access the great retail discounts in the free2go Discount Voucher Book, simply show your card at participating partners. For some offers you will need to present the voucher. If you require a new copy of the free2go Discount Voucher Book, contact us.
