The best way to get the most from your free2go membership is to make sure you have your card in your wallet at all times. There are heaps of ways you can use it to save money and get out of trouble!

	24-hour Roadside Assistance* Free attendance up to 40km from the nearest available RACQ contractor’s premises for: mechanical / electrical breakdown delivery of emergency fuel (fuel at your cost) lockout service wheel changing· If your vehicle cannot be mobilised, free towing up to 10km in any direction from the breakdown site, or where applicable (outside Brisbane and Gold Coast metro area), up to 40km to return to the attending RACQ contractor’s premises. 16 year-olds are not eligible for Roadside Assistance. Personal Roadside Assistance for 17 year-olds or Y12 students: in any car you are driving. Roadside Assistance on a nominated vehicle for 18 & 19 year-olds: you must supply vehicle registration details. *Conditions apply.

So what is Roadside Assistance?

Roadside Assistance includes mechanical or electrical breakdown, wheel changing, assistance for lockouts incidents. It does not include assistance after a motor vehicle accident. You need to contact your insurance provider if you are in an accident.

And what about Personal Roadside Assistance?

Personal Roadside Assistance means that we will come out and help you, no matter what vehicle you are in! It doesn’t matter if you are in your own car or one that belongs to your parents or a friend.

A nominated vehicle?

When you reach 18, you are eligible for half-price membership, including roadside assistance on a nominated vehicle. This means we will provide roadside assistance for that particular vehicle, regardless of who is driving it.
