Terms & Conditions 

1. This competition is a promotion run by The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited ABN 72 009 660 575 ("Promoter").
   
   
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   
   
3. The competition is open to current free2go members who provide the Promoter with all required contact details including name, free2go membership card number, postcode, telephone number and email address.
   
   
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Competition entrants are permitted one entry only.
   
   
5. The competition commences at 9am on the 1^st of each month in 2010 and closes at 5pm on the last day of each month in 2010. The competition will be drawn at 10:15am on 3 February 2010 (January), 3 March 2010 (February), 7 April 2010 (March), 5 May 2010 (April), 3 June 2010 (May), 7 July 2010 (June), 4 August 2010 (July), 8 September 2010 (August), 6 October 2010 (September) at RACQ Marketing Department 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane.
   
   
6. There will be five winners randomly drawn for each month of this competition, from all eligible entries received for that month. To be an eligible entry, the entry must be received between the opening date and time for that month and the closing date and time for that month. Entries received in one month will not carry over to another month. Entrants may enter each month only once. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
7. The winner will each receive a Double Pass movie ticket reclaimable at any Birch Carrol & Coyle cinema in Queensland, each valued at $28. The double movie pass must be used by the expiry date stated on the movie pass voucher. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
   
   
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
   
   
9. The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. Competition results will also be published at www.free2go.com.au. Prizes will be posted or couriered to the winner as appropriate.
   
   
10. If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10:15am on the 24 February 2010 (January), 24 March 2010 (February), 28 April 2010 (March), 26 May 2010 (April), 24 June 2010 (May), 28 July 2010 (June), 25 August 2010 (July), 29 September 2010 (August), 27 October 2010 (September) at RACQ Marketing Department 2649 Logan Rd, Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane and redraw winners will be notified by e-mail or phone.
    
    
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    
    
12. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose an entrant’s personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
    
    
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
    
    
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
