1. This competition is a promotion run by RACQ Operations Pty Ltd ABN 80 009 663 414 ("Promoter").
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to RACQ free2go members who are current RACQ free2go members at the time the competition is drawn and who provide the Promoter with all their required contact details including name, free2go membership card number, postcode, telephone number and email address.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Competition entrants are permitted one entry only and each winner will only receive one prize.
5. The competition commences at 9am on the 1st of each month and closes at 5pm on the last day of each month from February 2012 to March 2012. The competition will be drawn at 10.30am on the 9th March 2012 (February) and 13th April 2012 (March), at RACQ Marketing Department 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland 4113.
6. Entry is by the entrant fully completing an online entry form by providing their name, RACQ free2go membership card number, postcode, telephone number and email address.
7. There will be five winners randomly drawn for this competition, from all eligible entries received. To be an eligible entry, the entry must be received between the opening date and time and the closing date and time. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Each winner will receive a double pass movie ticket voucher prize which is reclaimable at any Event Birch Carroll & Coyle Greater Union cinema in Queensland, each double pass movie ticket voucher is valued at $28. The double movie pass movie ticket voucher prize must be used by the expiry date stated on the movie pass voucher. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone. Competition results will also be published at www.free2go.com.au. Prizes will be posted or couriered to the winners as appropriate.
11. If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10:45am on the 27th February 2012 at RACQ Marketing Department 2649 Logan Rd, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland and redraw winners will be notified by e-mail or phone and mail.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose an entrant’s personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prizes or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winners.
