Q. On a Queensland P1 licence what is the maximum speed the licence holder can do on NSW roads? (The NSW equivalent is 90km)

A.  Sign-posted speed limits or maximum speed limit placed on the licence by the home jurisdiction (whichever is the lower).

Q.  What are the rules about night driving on your P’s in NSW?

A.  If you are a P1 licence holder, you are restricted to carrying one passenger under the age of 21 between the hours of 11pm and 5am.  This is similar to the law in Queensland.  If you are a P2 licence holder, there is no restriction.
