This happens when your supervisor details aren’t correct. This also may occur if the details you entered for your supervisor do not match up to the details they signed up with. Sign on to the learn2go website on a desktop or laptop at https://secure.racq.com.au/ssl/LogBook/login/Login.aspx and visit ‘Supervisor Summary’ on the left hand side. Have your supervisor check that all details are like for like. Learner accounts should have names spelt exactly how supervisors have registered (e.g. If a supervisor has registered as Madeleine Smith, the learner should have this in their Supervisor Summary; no variations such as Maddy Smith etc). In addition, each supervisor should have the ‘view entire logbook’ box checked.

Yes. This is a legal requirement by The Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR). Register as a supervisor by visiting https://www.free2go.com.au/getting-your-licence/learn2go. Please ensure your details (licence, contact, name etc) are like for like with your learner.

No. Accounts will not properly link if a learner has used the same email as their supervisor. Both learner and supervisor must have an individual email due to the approval drive process. This is a requirement of the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
